Week 15 Pregnancy Weight Gain

Congratulations! You have made it to week 15 of your pregnancy. This is an important week, as it is during this time that your baby’s neural tube will close. This closure will prevent major birth defects of the baby’s brain and spine.



As your pregnancy progresses, you will continue to gain weight. The average weight gain during the second trimester is between 1 and 2 pounds per week. This weight gain is important, as it will help your baby grow and develop.

There are a number of things you can do to help ensure a healthy pregnancy and to support your weight gain. Make sure to eat a healthy diet, with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Be sure to get plenty of exercise, and avoid smoking and drinking alcohol.

If you are having trouble gaining weight, talk to your doctor. He or she may be able to recommend a diet or exercise plan that is right for you. Remember, it is important to gain weight during pregnancy in order to ensure a healthy baby.

Pregnancy Week 34

This week your baby is the size of a butternut squash! Your baby’s skin is thin and translucent and you can see the veins and organs through it. The lanugo, or fine hair, that covered your baby’s body is starting to disappear. Your baby’s head is getting bigger and the chin is becoming more distinct. The baby’s eyes are still shut, but the eyelashes are growing. The baby’s ears are in the correct position and the baby can hear sounds. The baby’s hands are balled into fists and the baby is sucking its thumb. The baby’s intestines are moving into the baby’s abdominal cavity. The baby’s kidneys are producing urine and the baby is swallowing amniotic fluid.

You may be feeling a lot of kicks and jabs from your baby this week. These are caused by the baby’s movements and the baby’s position in the uterus. The baby is getting ready for birth and is moving into the head-down position.

Your body is also getting ready for labor. The cervix is thinning and dilating and the muscles of the uterus are contracting. The baby’s head is pressing on the cervix and this may be causing some of the discomfort you are feeling.

You should be seeing your doctor or midwife this week for a check-up. The doctor or midwife will measure your baby’s size and listen to the baby’s heartbeat. The doctor or midwife will also check your cervix to see how dilated it is.

20 Week Pregnancy Announcement

We are excited to announce that we are pregnant! This is our first child and we are so thrilled to be starting this new chapter in our lives.

We found out we were pregnant on November 1st, which happened to be Election Day. We were ecstatic when we saw the positive pregnancy test and started telling all of our family and friends.

We are due to have our baby on July 4th, which will be the perfect Independence Day present! We can’t wait to meet our little one and start our new family.

8Th Week Of Pregnancy

The 8th week of your pregnancy is a very important week. This is when your baby’s heartbeat can be detected. You may also start to feel some movement from your baby. You will also start to show more and your belly will start to grow. This is also the week that you will find out the sex of your baby, if you choose to have that done.

Pregnancy Week 5 Diarrhea

Congratulations on making it to week 5 of your pregnancy! This week marks a major milestone as your baby’s neural tube is closing and their heart is beating.

Although you are likely feeling great this week, you may be experiencing some diarrhea. This is caused by the hormones your body is releasing to support your pregnancy.

There are a few things you can do to help relieve the diarrhea:

-Drink plenty of fluids, especially water

-Avoid dairy products and caffeine

-Eat light, bland foods

-If the diarrhea is severe, contact your doctor
